Skiing and snowboarding photos are cool!
When you're having an apres ski beer at the end of that perfect ski day, isn't it great to have a quick flick through your snapshots?
And when you're back home loading them onto computers, emailing them to friends, choosing one as your wallpaper or changing your profile pic on Facebook, doesn't it make you smile as you look through all those images of you and your ski/board buddies in awesome locations, with spectacular mountain backdrops, looking cool and like you're having fun?
It's no secret that snow, mountains and blue skies are very photogenic - take a look through the majority of the pages on Chalets Direct and you'll see plenty of evidence of this. Putting yourself in the picture is just natural, and if you've got some great shots of your ski and snowboard holidays why not show everyone?

So at Chalets Direct central we'd like to see some of the awesome ski and board pics that you've got and we'll be rewarding the best with one of the coolest pieces of kit around at the moment - a Coolboard donated by those great guys at Coolboard UK .
The competition is entitled Snow Snaps - so there's plenty of scope for you to impress and surprise. Action shots or landscapes, funny, moody, imaginative - the choice is yours.
How to enter:
To enter and have a chance to win, all you need to do is go to our Facebook page at http://facebook.chaletsdirect.com, become a fan, and then upload your photo to our page. The contest is open until midnight on April 26th, so if you haven't been out on the hill before now you've got plenty of time to get out there and get snapping.
There are a few rules however; you must upload only original work, and if you are featuring people, please make sure you have their permission. Obviously any content that we consider unsuitable will be removed from the competition. (Please see our terms and conditions)
When you upload your photo please add a comment, letting us know the location and any interesting information that might capture the judges' attention and admiration.
